Submit upper and lower arch STL files, bite registration, clinical photographs and a clear technical prescription. Use an internal case code and avoid unnecessary patient identifiers.
We review file integrity, relevant scan areas and occlusal information before releasing the case for production. If information is missing, the team contacts the dentist first.
Digital planning and quality control
After technical approval, the case moves through digital planning, milling or model printing, and aesthetic finishing. Each restoration is checked for anatomy, fit, occlusion and finish before shipping.
The standard production period is up to seven business days after complete files are received and technically approved. Special cases may require a different schedule.
